The splitter comes fully pre-terminated with SC/APC connectors,
eliminating on-site splicing and reducing installation time
significantly. Its ruggedized cassette housing ensures durability,
making it ideal for high-density FTTH and ODN rollout where fast,
plug-and-play deployment is critical.
2. Can FiberMania customize the connector types, fiber lengths, or
housing design?
Yes. As an OEM/ODM manufacturer, FiberMania supports custom
connectors (SC/APC, SC/UPC, LC, FC, etc.), different leg lengths,
cable diameters, and even custom cassette designs or branding. This
ensures compatibility with various network architectures and
customer-specific configurations.
3. What fiber type is used in this 1×64 PLC splitter, and can it be
replaced with customer-specified fiber?
The standard version uses SMF-28e fibers, but FiberMania can supply G.657A1/A2 or any
customer-specified fiber type. Fiber type, jacket material, and
fan-out structure can all be customized for OEM requirements.
4. How stable is the optical performance across different
environments?
The PLC chip provides low insertion loss, excellent uniformity, and
minimal wavelength sensitivity, ensuring stable performance from
−40°C to +85°C. The ruggedized 2.0 mm legs and cassette housing
further improve environmental resistance in both indoor and outdoor
ODN applications.
